Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has been roped in as the brand ambassador of Emami’s ’Fair and Handsome’ range of beauty products.
Roshan is only the second celebrity to be roped in to endorse the product, nearly eight years after Shahrukh Khan first started endorsing the brand.
“There is a lot of potential in the men’s face wash category, which is approximately Rs 250 crore in size, and has been witnessing an exciting 50 per cent plus growth rate year-on-year,” Emami Director Mohan Goenka said.
Hrithik will endorse Fair and Handsome Instant Fairness face wash, which was launched in February 20115. The company will soon start airing a television commercial featuring the actor.

Salman Khan’s Sultan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees might clash at the box office on Eid 2016 in what could be arguably the biggest clash if its happens though chances of it are extremely slim.
Ritesh Sidhwani, who is producing the film, says, “ The shoot will commence from March 28 in Mumbai. We plan to release it on Eid next year.”The major shooting starts in September though
On the other hand, Salman Khan – YRF’s Sultan might also go on floors in and around September itself and is being planned as Salman Khan’s 2016 Eid Release. It will be interesting to see which film finally makes it to the Eid Slot.
In 2016, Eid falls in the first week of July (7-8 July) and makers of both the films have around 10 months to complete and release the film. The bigger question now is the release date of Shah Rukh Khan – YRF’s Fan. While Shah Rukh Khan – Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale will release on Chirstmas 2015, it is highly unlikely that Fan will release in 2015. So if FAN releases between Dilwale and Raees, it will be a record breaking 3 films within a span of 6 months but the chances of it are highly unlikely. Lets wait for the official announcement for both the films.
