In a uniquely different promotional strategy that has the potential to go viral on the internet, Hrithik Roshan has challenged Shahrukh Khan in the ‘Bang Bang Dare’ contest.
While Hrithik has decided against the idea of promoting his films on popular television shows, sources say, the #BangBangDare contest is his idea to take the social media by storm, thereby also trying to get the media involved in promoting the film.
In a series of challenges that Hrithik has posted on Twitter under the #BangBangDare contest, he has also challenged ’10-pack SRK’ to post a picture with his favourite ab workout.
He has also challenged smokers to take the 3-day ‘quit nicotine’ challenge.

It may be a unique strategy but not promoting on TV shows and not releasing the trailer will absolutly effect the movie collection coz most of mass audiance dont have time to check Internet or dont use it

I don’t think it is a promotional strategy this is just for fun . Because if it was for promotion then he would have given some challenges to his fans in Fan Clubs . He has given challenge to people who are his friends like SRK, Uday (His Best Friend), Dino and Sonam . But that’s a brilliant idea and i am happy that Hrithik has done such a creative thing . Bang Bang will definitely be huge .

Watched bang bang title track today, it was delightful video hr did some fantastic moves specially MJ steps, though not in range of fire,dhoom 2as those songs are backed by superb composition, while the song is avg as it best but visuals are great.
First dialogue promo was great the scene when hr hooked to plane was novel and outstanding.Second promo fail to leave any mark atleast for me, so now bang-2 getting buzz back at right time.I hope it will touch 200cr barrier or come close to that.Clash will prevent it to break d3 opening weekend record.
I don’t think srk will take part in this dare as he is busy to collecting money with lunhi dance as he knows HNY alone not able to take audience into theatre. Let’s see with this strategy will he able to cross d3 30 million mark or will struggle to beat his best MNiK figure.
