Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 2 has been shot at the Burghley House in UK. Director Sajid Khan says the shot was required as one of the characters in the film is a billionaire from UK. After considering 250 castles the makers decided to zero down on this one which is 400 years old.
Shooting in such an old and grand location was not easy. The crew was tied with a lot of restrictions but completed the shoot within 15 days. Special permission was granted to shoot around the palace and certain places inside it to safeguard the royal paintings and art work.
Sajid has captured 3D images of the interiors and created a replica of it on a set in Mumbai. Check out the picture of the castle. Its beauty will steal your breath away.
