I hope people like ‘Bhavesh Joshi’: Harshvardhan Kapoor

Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor made his debut last year in the year’s biggest box office debacle ‘Mirzya’. He returns later this year in Vikramaditya Motwane’s ‘Bhavesh Joshi’, which he says has been filmed in extremely difficult conditions.

“It is never easy to shoot an action film in Mumbai, especially in summer. We worked with honesty and passion. I hope people like the film. The crew of the film have outdone themselves by creating the film with the limited resources”

“We shot a lot very quickly. We tried to keep everything tight and the crew worked extremely hard in very challenging conditions” Harshvardhan said.

He also added that his first two films were completely different experiences for him.

“I am still so new in acting and it has been my second experience. I am very blessed to have two amazing directors. They are my favourite directors in India. I have worked with them in my first two films. ‘Bhavesh Joshi’ was a completely different experience from ‘Mirzya'”

The director of the film, Vikramaditya Motwane, who has previously directed films like ‘Udaan’, ‘Lootera’ and ‘Trapped’,  praised Harshvardhan and said “He is such a passionate actor and person. I had a great time. I am really excited about the film. It turned out really well.”

‘Bhavesh Joshi’ releases later this year.

  • IT WON’T WORK…

WHY THE HELL HE IS GOING FOR SUCH RISKY PROJECT AT THE START OF HIS CAREER..

VIKRAM MOTWANE MOVIES ARE MEANT TO BE ATTRACTING ON FEW SECTION OF AUDIENCE..

AT THE START OF THE CARREER DOING SUCH MOVIE IS BAD DECISION

  • I don’t think anybody is interested in watching Harshvardhan Kapoor on the big screen . I don’t think this film will leave a huge impact because this film has been delayed for a long time and Vikramaditya Motwane is not a commercial director .

  • @Indicine, plz make an article on the next big 100 crore grosser/hit u think the industry will have..
Or just make one explaining why all the movies in your LBOpredictions are predicted to gross more than 100 Crore..

  • @Saksham , wow do you have anything to say except for spreading negativity. What do you care about as a viewer more , in movie’s box office collection or it’s content and quality ? I can assure you this movie is going to be very good quality wise because Vikramaditya Motwani and Anurag Kashyap , 2 of the best director today in Indian movie industry are working on it . And yes I am excited for this movie and will surely go and see it in theatre. We complain about quality in Bollywood and don’t support such films which are trying to do something new

  • The problem with H Kapoor is that he thinks hard work has to translate into success. He does not want to admit that his film(s) ain’t good enough to perform very well at Box office. There are so many additional factors to be considered. A donkey works harder than a horse, but gets worse returns.

  • They are two of ur best directors in bollywood? This guy has got to be kidding me. Like if Rajkumar Hirani and Kjo offered him scripts, he wouldn’t be tagging them his best directors. Lol

  • @Just Ketch are you serious about comparing Karan Johar to Kashyap and Motwani and putting him in same line with Rajkumar Hirani ? If you are going to be a troll at least do it properly and yes they are 2 of the best directors of India . Anurag’s 3 films have been shown in Cannes film festivals up till now , Motwani’s Masaan too won a lot of critical acclaim

  • @Demigod, this Kapoor boy is a colosial failure. He can’t act, he has got no brains either. Just like his sister. Do tell him to shut up and stop making public statements if he doesn’t know what good to say. He should concentrate on good scripts instead and prove his acting worth first like his sensible counterparts.
