  • That shows Salman is still the biggest crowd puller…PK will find difficult to cross KICK lifetime for sure..

  • Content if PK is complectly average. Its collection could be around kick for sure due to Christmas, no big release till tevar, and increased ticket price, except these three things it even can’t cross ek tha tiger’s collection. I personally like aamir khan but how he convenced to do such movie which contents and message already addressed by OMG – some scene and dialogs were copied frame to frame from OMG.

  • I think pk will show drop on saturday due to mixed wom n negetivity on social media. Sunday collection will give idea whethe pk cross 150cr or fail short like Bang Bang

  • 26.63 Cr??
It’s a disappointment I must say. Before also I had told that a 28cr+ opening will be decent but this is somewhere very low and it indicates that PK’s is showing poor occupancy at single screen and mass centres because at multiplexes and metros, it’s running with packed houses. The way it trended in metro cities specially at multiplexes, I thought it will cross 30 Cr easily but these collections are telling somewhat different story.
Also, it shows that footfalls are low for PK as ticket prices are soaring high and number of shows are also more, considering the length of the movie (almost 2hr 30minutes).
I think if it will be trending in the same way, first weekend will be around 80cr+ . Monday onwards will decide the fate of the movie. But I personally feel that Salman once again did it and his kick will be the highest grosser of 2014.

  • PK has done well! WATCH PK! it’s a very good movie and deserves your time. Agreed it was not perfect(due to a few sequences in 2nd half), but I cann’t deny the fact that it provides “CONTINOUS ENTERTAINMENT AND REAL FUN” in huge amount in the length of 2.33 hours!

  • Kick opening not upto the mark because it released last friday of ramadan but pk release on normal day in wider release with hiked ticket price

  • Early estimate collection was 39 to 40cr which wen to net 45cr of HNY n for PK early estimate was 28cr which is now 26cr why so big fluctuation for HNY….?

  • it was such an awesome experience today morning when i watched pk with 600ppl in a single screen theatre.everybody was raving about d film when d movie ended.

pk deserves to earn 300cr and wim best film award in national award and filmfare

  • And also as Indicine reported,Saturday business has dropped a bit…While KICK collected more on saturday than friday…
Looks like PK is losing the battle!!!

  • From start I am saying that it is multiplex movie…so no chance of beating kick….will see it will break hny or not…but according to me it will end near 180 to 190 cr

  • @thullu u also predicted just nw that pk won’t cross kick collection.mark my words pk will cross kick on 2nd Saturday

  • Dhoom3 release in 4200screen in lower ticket price where pk releaed 5000screen with hiked ticket price. D3 openning 36cr(biggest singleday till 24th oct) n pk 26cr. Hence it is proved d3 open because of brand not amir.

  • @Babaji, I agreed with you. Your prediction works most of the time. However, I feel PK will beat Kick’s lifetime collection due to its 3 open weeks, positive WOM, much higher no.s of screens, higher ticket prices and stronge reviews!

  • @babaji it will collect more from the night shows and late evening shows as tomorriw is a holiday.
here in delhi every show at the multiplexes is almost full

  • Had aamir khan and raju hirani completed and released the film before oh my god, it would have done wonders at the box office.

  • Interestingly pk further drop 15% on saturday so 22cr max, only sunday jump n monday collection give idea of the lifetime collection of pk

  • This is a film which is really needed in todays culture.
SUPERB !!! A class movie and performance of Aamir Khan is A+ Level.
This movie are one of the Best Movie in this Decade (Must count in TOP 3)
Is Film mein kitne aise scene hai to aapke romte khade kar deta hai… Excellent Movie
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 (Film of the Year).

  • it will b a great shame fr India if pk doesn’t cross 300cr.come on guys, show the world that india hs a progressive thinking by supporting a film like pk

  • If pk ticket prices aren’t hiked then it can’t cross yjhd 19.5cr collection, both films day 1 footfalls is the example for this.
