You expect entertainment and good music from a film which is based on Chetan Bhagat’s best-selling novel and has a director like Mohit Suri, who not only is a good director but has a good ear for music too. And that’s exactly what you get.
The trailer of Half Girlfriend is entertaining – right from the first scene where a Bihari boy, who cannot speak fluent english is being interviewed. He says “Hum Hindi mein uttar dena chahenge”
The trailer then moves to the love angle with the introduction of Shraddha Kapoor – who looks stunning.
The second half of the trailer is typical Mohit Suri. ‘Mein Phir Bhi Tumko Chahunga…’ is the best song in the album and it adds that ‘haunting’ feel to the trailer.

only thing i like in this trailer is shradha kapoor, she is stunning beauty, and this arjun kapoor is totally wrong choice for such type of films, istead of this motu ranbir kapoor could do wonders in this role,this motu is totally misfit in this role,

Avg trailer and the deication level and acting skills of arjun kapoor in this film has shocked me. Does he even want to survive in this industry? A good blockbuster movie has been wasted by the completely misfit actor. I think sushant or varun would have been far better choices and the bihari accent of arjun sucks. Shraddha lookscute hot bold sexy as usual and looks decent even in acting department. Music looks good but i wont go to theatre just to watch songs. I am shattered in pieces after seeing the trailer of film which i was eagerly waiting for.

It might be me, but I feel nostalgic that it should have either aditya roy kapoor in lead with shradha or alia with arjun. Cast doesn’e hit me because arjun and alia were superb in 2 states while ashiqui 2 was love saga in itself.
Arjun Kapoor doesn’t look good in this trailer at all. Ranbir Kappor would have been a better choice or even Siddarth Malhotra. Shraddha just looks perfect for this role. Anyways, I hope it scores above 75 crores domestic and counting …
Ok the trailer is really unfunny and arjun kapoor is looking too rich as per the novel as he was supposed to look poor and shraddha is looking poor as she was supposed to look rich , conclusion the casting is poor as per the trailer hope tge film coukd be different tgen came the song and it gave me goosebumps and the story departed from india to foreign and it gave me a little bit of badrinath ki dulhaniya feel but its fine in the whole not too impressed by the trailer but music is awesome.
I think this gola guy must be really slim as he find everyone motu in comparison with himself so why don’t you instead of typing here with one one hand and commenting about the figures of male actors of bollywood go to any male strip club where your fantasy could come true.
