The fourth film in the popular ‘Golmaal’ franchise is all set to go on floors next month. The first shooting schedule of the film will begin on March 9 with all the actors joining the shoot March 11 onwards.
The cast and crew will first shoot in Mumbai, followed by a shooting schedule in Ooty, Shetty’s favourite Goa and finally in Hyderabad.
‘Golmaal 4’ doesn’t have a release date yet, but the film which was previously announced for the Diwali weekend, will release before the end of 2017.
What’s making news though are the new additions to the already strong star cast. Apart from Devgn, ‘Golmaal Again’ retains the much-loved members of the cast from the previous films. Tusshar Kapoor will continue to play the most popular role of his career, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Khemu and Shreyas Talpade are a part of the film too.
But the interesting bits lie in the new additions. Parineeti Chopra plays the female lead, she replaces Kareena Kapoor Khan. The super-talented Tabu will be seen in a commercial film after a long time. And finally we have Singham’s Jaykant Shikre, Prakash Raj, reuniting with Ajay Devgn on the big screen. What’s more, industry insiders have confirmed that the actor is playing a negative character in the film.
‘Golmaal Again’ is shaping up to be one of the biggest films of 2017. The cast and shooting schedules are in place, the industry awaits the announcement of the release date.

Where was Prakash raj? Not just negative, he is superb in every role ..Comedy in entertainment and Drama in heropanti… He should get more movies .

Everyone associated with this film is desperate for a hit at the moment.
For Rohit Shetty, after Dilwale failure he has faced a lot of criticism and there’s a lot of negative perception around him at the moment.
For Parineeti this a comeback after 3 years, her last success was Shudh desi romance way back in 2013, that too wasn’t a clean hit.
Arshad, Tusshar, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Khemmu- none of them have a career in Bollywood now and this franchise is just an excuse for them to stay busy.
For Ajay Devgn, when was he a top star without a franchise!!!

Hera Pheri is biggest brand of comedy no film can close to it . I like golmaal first it was awesome . Ajay sequel are working mostly like golmaal & singham .

Sharman Joshi was really superb in “Golmaal “.Perhaps fall out between him and producers due to some unknown reasons led to snapping of his union with this franchise.
Remember,in second movie ,in one scene there was a dialogue –” Aajkal inke bhaav badhe hue hain ” in front of Sharman’s photo.
