Last week, while hosting his television reality show Bigg Boss, Salman Khan spoke about an actor’s biggest fear in life – their receding hair, which is an early sign of male pattern baldness.
Talking to Apoorva Agnihotri, who recently chopped most of his hair during their weekly Luxury budget task, Salman said “An actor’s biggest fear is the fear of losing his hair. If my hair falls and I go bald, will the audience accept me or not.”
The actor then spoke about his hair-fall problem and how he mentally prepared himself just in case he goes bald.

“There came a time when I had a very bad sinus problem and because of the sinus problem I began to lose hair. Most of the actors during that time who started losing their hair, started going out of work. For an actor, the most fearful thing is going bald”
Salman also shared a decade-old story, which happened during the shooting schedule of Satish Kaushik’s Tere Naam.
“Sometimes there are days when you don’t feel like shooting the next day. So one day the producer of the film came to me and said we have to shoot the next day, come what may. So I said, lets not shoot the next day, we will shoot some other time. I am not feeling well and don’t want to shoot.”
“As soon as he went out, I went inside and shaved off my head completely. I was sitting outside and my father saw me. I was thinking my father would ask, what have you ended up doing now. But instead, my father just looked at me and (showed a thumbs up)”
“The next instant, the fear that I had of going bald vanished. The fear of whether I would be accepted or not, was gone. I realised, my audience will accept me even if I go bald”

Oh thats why he goes to USA for hair transplant. Thank god there is one more actor among superstars apart from salman who doesnt do anything to his hair or face as he believes that ‘why should we change the order of our body which god had made”

He lost all his hair around 2000. Watch his films. Then he hair-transplanted.
He’s so old. But he went for botox surgery to shape up his ugly face.
He then went for jaw surgery to lift up this fat tissues under his jaws.

Thank God, even when Salman shaved his head off, he looked handsome and attractive. He still had many things to show off. Imagine if SRK were in Salman shoes with a shaved-head, what he would have to show off and how he would look alike. Thanks God again for that. SRK has attractive hair.
People who are abusing Salman are just jealous of his look. They can praise shave-headed celebrities like Jason Stathum, Will Smith or Pitbull
I don’t think there is anything wrong in enhancing one’s personality, especially if you are in an industry where looks does matter.
If there is nothing wrong in getting training and do higher studies to enhance our knowledge so that we can go up in the professional life that needs more knowledge, what’s wrong if people in the film industry do things to enhance their physique or looks?
It is a profession where looks are important and anything that could help or sustain for a longer period in a profession, should be embraced, and i don’t think any actor/actress is not doing it.
Only that care should be taken as to how it is done and not over-do it, or else it will have negative effect, for eg., Anushka Sharma’s facial enhancement has only gone from worse to worse. She was far better looking a few years back, but now look more artificial.
Salman is living with the help of plastic surgery, hair fixation etc etc. Can’t blame him if anyone would in his place would do the same but lying is not good for his image. It was an indirect lie which means his hair is original. Wish him lots n lots of hair in future. the funny thing is that in the video, when the police took him to jail many years before ..he has not had any hair on his head(here and there little bit)….now he is talking about going bald………LOLZ…….i think he gone mental totally nowdays…first he was talking about beating CE’s record(which is impossible for lallu bhai),then he was talking about masala films dying(aftereffect of CE & his upcoming films all are masla films that too copy paste from south films)..lolz..then we heard changing of his movies name from Radhe to azaad to mental(which was suitablt to his personality) to Jai ho….now he is talking about going bald(as if he is not bald )….everyone knows that the hair on his head is transplanted……lolz

Indicine misinterpreting Salman’s words. I saw that episode, he never said it is his fear but every actor’s fear. Btw he also mentioned that he lost that fear by shaving his head. He praised Apurva for having guts to loose his hair n how he overcame that fear he is not defending or claiming anything.
Salman may have had done hair transplant but otherwise his looks have always been natural. He is also one of the rare actors to do minimum or no make up. One of the most Good looking actors of bollywood of all time.
