John Abraham’s dream of being an action hero in the Salman Khan / Ajay Devgan league has come crashing down with quite a bit of Force on Monday, as the film crashed at the box office after a decent first weekend.
It’s unfair to compare John to a superstar like Salman Khan, but the lifetime collections of Force are likely to be less than the Day 1 collections of Bodyguard!
In short – Force opened well on Friday (5 crores), dropped on Saturday (4.5 crores), picked up on Sunday (5.5 crores) and crashed completely on Monday (less than 1.5 crores). Week 1 is expected to be about 20 crores. With Rascals releasing this weekend, Force will be out of most theaters.

I just wanna say “force” oh it was awesome. I mean it is. A must watch movie. John a new action star. I thnk John is superior to salman khan. This is the reality. Salman to kuch b nhi hai uske aage.
In bollywood many time this happened..quantity got heavier than quality..same thing occured here.. Bodyguard has quantity but no quality but went on to be one of the biggest grosser of bollywood…

Bollywood audience doesn’t like tragic endings and that might be the reason why force did not make it big. That doesn’t mean that the movie sucks. I have seen overrated bollywood movies that has no substance at all but did well because of star popularity. I think this is how Bollywood works.
I think the entire soul of the film is GENELIA , we hav much talk about John’s action in the movie but without her all d action becomes boring truly SOUTH SUPERSTAR.

Force is goodest movie but all the hindi dhoti onlike to this movie. There fore i dont like salman in Bodyguard.
