The makers have released the first look of Farhan Akhtar and Deepika Padukone’s Karthik Calling Karthik written and directed by Vijay Lalwani.
Farhan says the film isn’t an out-an-out comedy. Its a thriller with plenty of light moments. The release date of the film has been postponed by a week to February 26th 2010.

looks like an interesting film. but i wonder after VEER and MNIK and even TEEN PATTI. whoz gonna go watch dis film. anywayz am gonna watch it for Deepika. ive become a big fan of hers since Chor Bazari from LAK. i know she has a long way to go in terms of acting but i honestly cant wait for KICK to happen wen she iz opposite Sallu.
but yeah almost everything Farhan is involved in is decent and i expect da same here. but have to say a surprsing jodi. well lets wait and see.
when i saw her 1st time i thought she is priyanka but later on when i read the name of deepika i was surprised

I prefer watching this movie over Veer or MNIK………both these movies are kinda predictable…. Veer will be a flop. and MNIK will be a hit even if its going to be bad or mediocre .
