Femina Miss India 2013 Winner and Finalists

A star-studded grand finale of Femina Miss India 2013 was held in New Delhi on Sunday. It was the 50th edition of the beauty pageant, with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra in attendance.

The beautiful Navneet Kaur Dhillon was crowned Femina Miss India 2013. Sobhita Dhulipala and Zoya Afroz were the first and second runners-up respectively. The trio were selected from 23 finalists from across the country.

Femina Miss India was judged by producer-director Karan Johar, cricketer Yuvraj Singh, ace-choreographer Shiamak Dawar, fashion designer Ritu Kumar, Bollywood actors John Abraham, Chitrangada Singh and Asin.

Former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan enthralled the audience her dazzling performance, which also marked her post-pregnancy comeback. The entire star cast of Indra Kumar’s ‘Grand Masti’ were present to promote their upcoming comedy film.

Singer Sonu Nigam and Priyanka Chopra too performed at the event.

The beauty pageant completed its 50 years and so the organisers made it a pan-India event by taking extra care in selecting girls from every corner of the country. Auditions for Femina Miss India 2013 were held in Bangalore, New Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Indore, Pune and Goa.

Sobhita was crowned Femina Miss Itimes Digital Diva by Karan Johar and won cash prize of Rs 1 lakh.
