The hype surrounding the film precedes it. I dont get it. The acting was over done in some scenes and under done in others. There was no equilibrium. I think the execution very poor! The scene at Rahul Arora’s wedding where Shohali was to make a toast, I thought that something momumental was about to happen! like she was going to say something real nasty about the slimy head of the agency! And it had to take sleeping with a black guy for Meghna to break down? I mean is that the absolute worst thing that can happen or what? Do I smell racism in this film? Tell me! And that final show stopper scene where Mehgna learn of the death of Shohali, what was that. I say total unprofessionalism! She could not go on the ramp, then everybody kept urging then she went———- too much drama. And Rohit Rohit tried too hard to be gay. Hmmmmmmmm——No stars for this film. It is a total black hole!

Mr.Pradip – Ur Absolutely Right . Nothing Special in Dis Movie . V Can Get to Knw abt Everything by Media Nowadayz. { My Opinion Abt Dis Movie is an Emotional Drama with old message Which is going on in daily life n ll b going on . My Rating is 2/5 . there is nothing that we do not know of the fashion world already that was shown ..so in those terms it is a bore..we all know about drugs illicit relationships…so for me it wasnt anything as pathbreaking as it was made out .interst should fall soon and the movie will flop or has it already

Dipti: Yes.. that’s the best touching scene and it happens for lots of girls in this life.. today someone love & worship you, but tomorrow he just ignores u when he meets you.. happened to thousand of girls, and also the scene when she takes drugs, and the next day, she find herself in a bed with the black man and then she feels “disgusted” and in a hystrical way, she tries to remove her makeup and cries! that scene was also painful.

Good Movie , Which tells u abt d fashion industry n the model’s life . A Must Watch Movie in theater . Acting Wise Kangna is superb in every looks and xpresions . Priyanka asusually good . Fashion ka jalwa and Mar Jaava is d 2 Best songs . Afta interval u may feel bored 4 half n hour dats d Only Negative point in d movie . My Rating 3.5/5 .

A lot of hell efforts are put into the making of a film, especially movies of this kind involving great sense and star cast.At least look at the director’s bold move and efforts to bring the fashion world’s black and white colours to the common man,understand him and pay him off by watching the movie only on a BIG SCREEN.

I hope the movie is just the best till date on fashion world,with award winning performance from Kangana and of-course Priyanka and Arbaaz are also good.The music stands out.Marjaava and Aashiyaana are a treat to listen.3 of 5 is my rating.

I didn’t do as I said.. couldn’t wait till the cinema show this movie so I watched it online, and as I expected Indicine Team, such a wonderful movie. I was sure that this movie is good because the director is good. U have mentioned the movies he did in your review but u missed out (Satta) which I consider his best, a powerful movie and the best for Raveena Tandun.

All the actors perfromed well, Priyanka, Kangana Ranut.. this young actress who’s maybe 20 years old is so talented, she did her best in “Gangster” she got a different look and a different personality than other bollywood actresses, she got a depth in her character as well as deep & sad eyes, a unique voice, when she talks she’s just like going to cry.. that’s her voice and the director gave her a very suitable role which goes with her character. Also the actor who played (gay), the bald actor who helped Priyanka, was funny and performed well ( is he really a gay or he just performed at his best in this role?)

I’m going to watch it again in cinema as this movie is worth watching on a big screen and more than one time.

I don’t even need to read the review because I’m sure that this movie is a good one, and might be the best for Priyanka as a talented actress. I’m so eager to watch it, and I will in cinema ofcourse, not online but it’s not released yet in our cinemas.

watching alone in dvd is far better than with the large crowdy sound in theatre.
