Fardeen Khan to make a comeback to Bollywood!

In the past we have seen many actresses taking a break to concentrate on their family and then making a comeback. Actresses like Madhuri Dixit, Kajol, Karisma Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bacchan all have done the same. But, in a unique situation of sorts, actor Fardeen Khan had also taken a five year long hiatus from Bollywood. The actor has not been seen in any film since ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ in 2010.

Fardeen married Natasha in 2013, the couple became proud parents of a baby girl named Diani Isabella Khan. But now that Diani is 2 years old, Fardeen is ready to come back to Bollywood.

“The last couple of years have been family time for Fardeen. He was travelling to London and back to spend time with his wife and daughter. But next year, he’s planning to start some films for his own banner and get back to acting in other productions. Fardeen has started meeting people, reading scripts and approaching production houses again. Today, he is open to not just commercial cinema, but a mix of commercial with art house films. He is keen to experiment with roles” a source said.

The source also added “They love children and find great joy in Diani. They want to have another baby. In fact, Fardeen’s career had taken a backseat this year as he was spending time with Natasha, who is undergoing IVF (in vitro fertilisation) treatment to have their second baby.”

Even Fardeen Khan confirmed the news, saying “Work is in progress. I will reveal all in due course. Cinema is going through a great phase today. I would love to do different cinema… my kind of cinema which is relevant and sensible.”

  • Fardeen should make a comeback with SRK as he is king of multistarrers.
    Both are struggling since 2007.
Then, 2xstruggling actors = semi hit film.
    Nice combo!

  • OMG!
The biggest actor of the UNIVERSE is coming……
Rajni, Salman, Aamir, SRK, etc are nothing infront of one & only Fardeen Khan (Biggest Khan of Bollywood)…
& Best actor of the world

  • After reading lifetime collections of YLJK (2004 srk starrer), i.e 35 lakhs, Fardeen must have thought “My films have not performed that bad. I will return.”

  • Superb News. Thanks Indicine
Fardeen is most Handsome Hunk of Bollywood.
Hrithik Roshan and Fardeen Khan these twos looks like Hollywood actors.

I am waiting to see Fardeen Khan Back in movies.
    Best Of Luck Fardeen Khan.

  • His comic timing was brilliant in No Entry and All the Best.I still remember those days when his movies used to take a better opening than Bhai’s movies!!
Those were the Golden Era of Bollywood

  • The khan family after loosing hrithik they have become unintresting, now they are pushing farden to come back in bw so that they can able to stay in news. I feel sorry for them.

  • @Challa, but sadly your golden period is over and Bhai is giving blockbuster after blockbuster while your Lungi king still needs others to get even a hit tag.
    #SomethingsNeverChange

  • Well, I am really excited for only the comeback of one talented under actor which is non other than Akshaye khanna. I am wondering why he is not coming back in films as actor? He is miles better actor than crap, useless actors like abhishek, tushar, Arjun, ranveer and many such craps. I hope I get to see that talented actor akshaye khanna again on screen. I loved his performance in films like taal, dil chahta hai, hungama, hulchal, humraaz, 36 china town, naqaab, race, Gandhi my father, and many incredible films that he has done. He should make a comeback.

  • Well no need to mock Fardeen here. If useless non actors like Bhai can exist, then Fardeen can too.Obviously he’s a much better actor than Salman, we all saw that in no entry.

  • I hope he justifies his come back. I am excited to see him in No Entry Mein Entry (if it is happening). He was good in No Entry !!!!!!!!! He is not an actor but Love his charm though !!!!!!!!!!

  • Article is about Fardeen khan and yet some kids r dragging their Daddy Srk in this article too ..
Such sanskari kids u see ..
Peeta se hai naam tera :D

  • I’m glad to read this news. I like Fardeen, but I agree with some other comments… Akshaye Khanna should make a comeback… outstanding actor!

  • the 2nd comment here is about srk. man i feel indicine comment section is dominated by srk comments. which ever article it may be all comments are filled with arguments between srk fans & haters. im a srk fan too but this is too much.

poor fardeen no one is even interested in even abusing him. lol. they are busy abusing srk all the time.

  • @Challa : Can you list those movies rather just blabbering. Salman movies never failed to open big (though not as big as today’s time) due to his loyal fan clubs, it just that content n poor directors had let his movies down. Even Auzaar got a huge initial. Stop writing Bakwaas !!!!!!

  • Some SRK fans are so obsessed with Salman. They want to name him even on Fardeen Khan article. Insecurity at peak !!!!!!!

  • Fardeen has my respects- he tried making money for his priducers but when his films made losses he quit unlike our Joker Boy whos greed knows no bounds…!

  • @challa

Indeed the golden period was good as you say n our Fardeen was definitely thriving but sadly fate was bad for him n he hit a roadblock head on ie agreeing to act alongside overactor in the flop Lungiwala Mil Gaya…!
