Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will no longer host the 8th edition of Bigg Boss, India’s most popular television reality show.
Sources close to COLORS’ say the television show was given a month’s extension, due to which Salman has decided to opt out of the show that he has hosted for 5 years.
There are reports that Salman decided to quit the show because of prior commitments to his upcoming Eid release Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
Happy New Year director Farah Khan will replace Salman as the host on Bigg Boss 8.
“The makers have planned to extend the show for a month. The production team had a meeting with the contestants for almost an hour and discussed the idea of extending the show for a month. Most of the contestants inside have agreed for it. Salman can’t host the show after the first week of January due to his choc-a-bloc schedule. Hence, after a lot of negotiations, they finally roped in Farah as the host”
He has committed only till Jan 4th 2015 on which BB finale was scheduled however due to less Trps n popularity this year makers have decided to extend the show until Feb 1st week so Salman cant give dates to BB as he has his own BB (Bajrangi Bhaijaan) to look after. Farah will be a lousy host, I have lost all interest in Weekend ka vaar !!!!!!!!!!

Now big boss will get a unbiased host unlike the previous one.however big boss got bigger image due to TV show KING BIGB not by any doosra khan of his generation.
