It’s staggering the way the market for Hindi movies has grown in the last decade or so. 3 Idiots recently had a huge release in China, by far the biggest for any Indian film, and the response was mind-boggling.
Don 2 releases this week and Farhan Akhtar has confirmed that it will be releasing in 41 countries all over the world.
Farhan on Twitter said “Learnt yesterday that Don 2 will release in 41 countries worldwide. Wow!! I guess that’s the number of countries now out to catch him!!”
“Feel so proud to see the extent to which interest in Hindi movies has grown.. Thanks to you.. the Fans (pat yourself on back moment)” he added.
Don 2 released today in UK (United Kingdom). It will release the world over on December 23rd 2011 (tomorrow!)
