With Om Shanti Om director Farah Khan takes us on a journey back to the 70’s. She has left no stone unturned to give the film a realistic feel and sense of 70’s. Using SFX she ll be recreating the magic by presenting the lead actress Deepika Padukone dancing around with the 70’s legends Sunil Dutt, Rajesh Khanna and Jeetendra.
Farah confirmed saying, ” SFX has been used in a song where Deepika, who plays a character of a star from the 70’s era will dances with Sunil Dutt, Jeetendra and Rajesh Khanna.”
A similar sequence was created in the opening scene Jaan-e-Mann, directed by Farah’s husband, Shirish Kunder, where Salman receives an award and is surrounded by the actors of the 70’s.
Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om features Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukona and Shreyas Talpade in pivotal roles. The film is set for Nov 9 release.
