Dangal recorded yet another 20 crore plus day at the domestic box office. The film has collected 176.99 crore in 6 days, it should end its first week with net box office collections of around 196 crore.
The 200 crore mark will be surpassed on its 8th day (2nd Friday) and the film could cross the 250 crore mark by the end of its second weekend.
Dangal has become a pan-India success now. It’s performing across the country, even at smaller centres where it did not take a good start on the opening day.

Incredible collection.
Dangal collection even surpassed my expectation too. Never thought that it will breach 20cr+ in six days when even holiday coincide with Sunday. Dangal second weekend will be all time record beating Bajrangi Bhaijaan 55-56cr second weeked record. So since 3I its been same story for Aamir, he is on course to created another second weekend/second week collection record like he did with 3i,D3 & PK.
From 5th day Dangal also getting benefit of tax exemption, that will help this to surpass PK collection. HGOTY is certainty.
