Aamir Khan’s Dangal is possibly the best trending big film since the release of 3 Idiots back in December 2009. It has become the first ever Hindi film to collect more than Rs 100 crore in its second week and could become the first to cross the 50 crore mark in Week 3.
Aamir’s last film PK collected a record Rs 41.61 crore in its 3rd week, followed by 3 Idiots which collected Rs 30.5 crore.
With yet another competition-free week, Dangal has every chance of surpassing PK. If it does, it’ll also be the highest grosser of all-time by the end of its 3rd week.
