Aamir Khan’s Dangal will become the highest grosser of all time today, as the film has once again shown huge growth in business on its 3rd Sunday at the box office. The extraordinary run of the film will mean it will beat Aamir’s previous release PK in just 17 days after its release.
At the end of the 3rd weekend, Dangal will collect somewhere around the 343 – 345 crore mark and could end Week 3 with net box office collections of around 360 crore.
‘Ok Jaanu’ will find itself under tremendous pressure to deliver next week, as Dangal could remain the first choice for the audience at multiplexes. Even with 60% weekly drops after Week 3, Dangal is heading towards a lifetime total of around 390 crore, with collections in the 4th week deciding whether the film can become the first to do 400 crore net!
