Well, I think if we could do anything good for ourselves after seeing this, its to stop oggling at all the faces on screen and compare oursleves with them, ending up in low self-esteem or going behind cosmetics to make ourselves feel better. This is an excellent oppurtunity to tell ourselves that appearance is never reality and the only reality you can be sure of is the face you wake up with every morning. So learn to be happy with it.
