The Big Star Entertainment Awards 2013 was the first big awards ceremony to felicitate the best performances of the year. All the A-listers, with the exception of Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Akshay Kumar, were at the event to receive their trophies. Big Star Entertainment Awards did their bit, by having enough award categories, to ensure everyone walked home happy.
The ‘superstar’ of the event was Deepika Padukone, who wore a beautiful white and black mermaid gown, and also walked away with four trophies – Best Actress 2013, Best Actress in a comic role, Jodi Of The Year with Shahrukh Khan.
Salman Khan, who doesn’t accept awards, performed to a song from Jai Ho. Kareena Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Shraddha Kapoor (who won a couple of awards) and Sunny Leone looked stunning.
Sonakshi Sinha walked away with the Best Actress in a Romantic Role award for her performance in Lootera. Amitabh Bachchan won the Star of the Millennium trophy for Satyagraha.

As we all know that ‘Fan’ will go on floor in May, 2014. Film will be written by Habib Faisal. But what make situation peculiar is the busy calendar for SRK. His next release ‘Happy New Year’ will release on Diwali as per speculations but now things might change as we got to know probable release date of ‘Fan’.
Yes, as per sources close to production house Shahrukh Khan starrer ‘Fan’ will release in December 2014. The release date Aditya Chopra has zeroed on is 19th December. That means Shahrukh Khan will have two releases in less than two months if ‘Happy New Year’ arrives on 23rd October, Diwali. Also this might result in another Ranbir-SRK clash at box office after ‘Saanwariya’ and OSO as Ranbir starrer ‘Bombay Velvet’ is scheduled for same date in 2014.
