Bang Bang has managed to hold up pretty well at the box office on Tuesday. The film has collected around 9-10 crore net, which is a drop of around 30%, but Monday was a holiday in some parts of the country for Bakrid.
The trend that Bang Bang has shown isn’t as good as films that have crossed the 200 crore mark, as business has only been showing a downward trend after its opening day. Sunday did show some growth, but not enough to suggest that the film is carrying positive word-of-mouth.
Bang Bang should collect around 127 cr in its first week (7 days) and finish its extended first week (8 days since it released last Thursday) with business of around 135 cr.
Except Haider at high end multiplexes, Bang Bang has absolutely no competition before the release of Happy New Year on 24th October. But the pre-Diwali period has already set in, so it remains to be seen if the film can put up good numbers in its second weekend at the box office.

the fall doesn’t show that. The falls show how people are insecure about Hrithik that they are spreading a lot of negativities. Dhoom 2 was successful due to brand? Was dhoom brand that big before d2? No. Before D2, dhoom brand was just like race. And, yeah! I remember a sequel that underperformed. Yes, I am saying about Don 2.
@Loki: every film of salman is a masala remake. And the same goes for recent SRK and aamir hits. HRITHIK is the only actor to give a hit with a historical film in Jodha Akbar, something that SRK and aamir failed to do with asoka and mangal pander.
The 6th days collections are not poor but they are also not mindboggling . I think Bang Bang can collect 190 CR and maybe even more depending upon the 2nd weekend . So far so good . Nothing exceptional but it can something spectacular at the overseas Box Office . Best of Luck Team Bang Bang for the upcoming days .
Hrithik was the one who made Dhoom a blockbuster brand as Dhoom1 was only an ordinary hit. Hrithik gave a Super hit with Znmd, something that aamir failed to do with DCH. HR has given bollywood it’s most successful superhero films till date

While Salman does average two movies a year, Akki does many. Yet, Jai Ho was the worst performing movie of Salman in recent years, Holiday was also not up to the mark. And some kids are 140 Budgeted Movie Bang Bang with the movies that didn’t enjoy any holiday!!

To trade figure bang bang has collection of around 103 crore in hindi only.they didn’t add other regional language collection in it.if they add it would be around 110 crores.okk now shut ur mouth my bro b’coz acc. To trade figure ce had collected only around 207 crores but acc. To producer it crossed around 227 crores….
