Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan has collected around 1.5 crore PKR (Rs 95 lakhs approx) on Eid day, including paid previews on Friday.
The collections are lower than films like Dhoom 3 and Happy New Year, but Bajrangi Bhaijaan was competing against Yasir Nawaz’s ‘Wrong No’ (distributed by ARY films) and Momina Duraid’s ‘Bin Roye’ (distributed by Hum Films).
Inspite of tough competition from local releases, Bajrangi Bhaijaan was the first choice for the Pakistani audience at cinemas, as the film collected more than the two Pakistani films combined. Trade sources in Pakistan say, Bajrangi Bhaijaan also had the highest number of shows this week.
Early reports on Sunday suggest that the film could cross the PKR 3 crore mark today, as the film is running at high occupancies of 90% plus from morning. The weekend business will be somewhere in the PKR 3.75 crore range.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan has also performed equally well at other overseas territories and has emerged as the highest weekend grosser for Salman Khan in just 2 days.

so pakistani people also loving it clearly neither pakiatani locals nor indian peoples want war but some organizations are responsable for war. i feel what the exact message of ek tha tiger is this – war happen between to nations because of these organization and the hero dont wanted to be a mohra of the war so he decide love over war.

In Lahore bb occupancies is around 80%. But hny and pk was around 95%.
Pk is highest grosser of all time for Bollywood.but opening Wise it’s again hny.
On Wednesday I will watch bb. This eid day I watch only bahubali and bin roye. These two are awesome.
