Apna Asmaan is a thought-provoking film that illustrates the endless desires of modern-day people. With the tag line that reads “How far would you go to make your child a Genius?”, the movie is aimed at encouraging people to look beyond their weaknesses and parents to encourage children to pursue their own dreams rather than chasing their own.
Though the plot of the movie is fictitious, a lot of things in the movie is true. The film is based on director Kaushik Roy’s own son Orko’s life.
Directed by Kaushik Roy, Apna Asmaan stars Irrfan Khan Khan and marks Shobhna’s debut in Hindi cinema. The film is all set to release this september 7th.
