There are reliable reports coming in that Yash Raj Films’ has signed Anushka Sharma to play the female lead opposite Salman Khan in Sultan.
The official announcement is expected to be made soon.
If true, it would be a fresh pairing, because Salman Khan has never shared screen space with Anushka Sharma. It would be one of the biggest films of Anushka’s career too, after Rajkumar Hirani’s PK.

Good actress, although surprised to see her signing it as there doesn’t seem a big scope for actress in it and also considering Anushka focusing on female centric films like NH10. She probably couldn’t say no to Salman and YRF.

YRF kept heroine identity secret because he has a purpose and plan behind this film, he already knows how successful it will be and no weapons formed against it will succeed.
Talk to a friend who is working with the film Raees he says so far he not liking it one bit so he left found it boring.
YRF knows Sultan will win the clash so he’s going to move Raees to a later date and hope it saves SRK career.

When Anuskha was denying it was already on the cards. As for the movie been hurriedly being shot is joke they want you to believe that so you haters can come up with garbage. I agree Salman on his own is all a film needs. BTW the Pakistani actress in Raees has to pull out of film by all reports means the queen now has to rope in another actress and film can be delayed. Due to recent attacks by Pakistani to India it would be wise she pull out if not a bigger disaster is on the way. She may not to be blamed but I can assure you boycott already on its way.
