Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor finds Anurag Kashyap to be one of the finest filmmakers in the country.
“He is one of the finest filmmakers we have in the country and I’ve loved most of Anurag’s work. He usually make some really amazing films,” Shahid said on the sidelines of the special screening in Mumbai Tuesday of Kashyap’s forthcoming release “Ugly”.
“I remember when his film ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ released along with one of my films ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ and it actually did a lot better than my film, because it was a better film,” added the actor, who has earlier worked in Kashyap’s production “Fool N Final”.
“Ugly”, written and directed by Kashyap, will hit screens Friday. It stars Rahul Bhat, Ronit Roy, Tejaswini Kolhapure and Surveen Chawla, among others.

anyways I somehow hvnt like any anurag kashyap film till now.I know lot of ppl luv his films but I find them too dark and boring.but I will watch his bv and I m expecting him to his most commercial film till now

Sadly, I haven’t watched a single film of Kashyap.
When will this guy succeed ? he is struggling since 13 years now .. ever since he made his debut .. even newbies have whimped ahead of him.

GOW was one of the best of 2012..
But reports suggest that his Bombay velvet has’nt shaped well..so it could be a major disapointment of 2015.

Anurag Kashyap is a very different director and his movies are dark . Out of all his movies i have only seen Dev D and it is a really good movie . I have not seen Black Friday, Gulaal, GOW, No Smoking, Gow and Gow 2 . My brother is a fan of AK . He is a huge fan of Gow and Gow 2 . All his movies are appreciated . He is also a brilliant writer and Producer . As a producer he has given Lootera, Shaitaan, HTP and Udaan . I hope Bombay Velvet becomes successful . Best of Luck AK for Ugly .

PK is the finest movie ever created in Bollywood. I think Allah has enlightened Aamir khan during Haj. PK Movie is nothing but spreading Islam.
1) PK Movie conveys idol worshipping is wrong and it is coming from fake God. This is exactly written in Quran.
2) PK Movie preaches God is only one who created all of us and not these Idols. Exactly as mentioned in Quran.
3) PK Movie conveys that Jesus is not god…reference is the church scene where PK asks God suli pe lataggaya? for my sins? Maine kya kiya?… This is mentioned in Quran.
4) PK Movie conveys that there is only one true religion Islam by Indirectly portraying even the alien who dont have any knowledge of any of the world religion at the end believe in one God and not believe in idols or wearing amulets.
At the end it shows that the wrong mindset of hindu scholar that muslim will cheat all the time is wrong.
Iam a very big fan of Shahrukh Khan but I want this movie to cross 300 crore in India as it is preaching the message of Islam to world!!.

Statement looks abit dodgy when he notes he has seen ‘MOST’ of Anurags films suggesting even he couldnt bare to watch most of Anurags craps and the other word that stood out was ‘USUALLY’ hinting at the fact that only once in a blue moon Anurag makes a good film- Shahid stop brownosing n be honest with us- even you cant stomach Anurags films but you desperate for work- any work that you may even stoop low enough to work with Pooja Bhatt or worse- Teesra Khan Farah….

Quran only tells you to present your own message sincerely. If P.K. is mocking religions beliefs, it is automatically anti – islamic.
