The last shooting schedule of Gauri Shinde’s upcoming film (yet to be titled) has been wrapped up. After Shah Rukh Khan completed shooting for his portions, there were one song – featuring Alia Bhatt – that was pending.
So earlier this week, Alia flew to Singapore to film the song sequence.
After the shoot, Alia posted a picture from the Airport “Last day selfie number one. Longggggggg day to go but my happy helpers make sure it’s a smooooooth ride :)”
The shoot of Gauri Shinde film is now complete. Now we hope the release date and title is announced soon! If all goes as per plan, Shah Rukh should make another appearance in theatres this year after ‘FAN’. Alia, who was last seen in ‘Kapoor & Sons’, also has ‘Udta Punjab’ lined up for release.

This film should release on 11th Nov . That would give an extended weekend of 4-days .
The second option is 9th Dec . This would lead up to a clash between this film and Befikre . That also has an extended weekend , and since both are small budget films , no one will be harmed .

I don’t think this movie will release this year . They may try to release this year in November because September is fully packed and October is already occupied by Shivaay, ADHM and Mirzya .

Great. I hope they announce a good release date soon. Surprised why not they have booked a date till now.
With Raees moving away this year was beginning to look a bit dull to me but really hoping this movie releases this year and we get to see SRK at least one more time this year.
Long role, short role, whatever doesn’t matter really. If SRK is in a movie it is definitely a must watch and nothing else really matters.

I want srk to do more number of movies like Fan and even this one risking his stardom.He doesn’t have anything more to achieve and prove.He has ruled the box office for decades.By experimenting and being part of good movies will again bring back the actor which we had missed for so long before Fan.
I remember Srk saying by the time he retires he wants to have 5 movies in his filmography which will make him proud.Even though he has some more than 10 classics but still want him to make another CDI swades kinda movie.

We were the first ones to inform you that Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif are teaming up for Aanand L Rai’s next film. We also revealed that the film will star another B-Town heroine playing an integral part. Now. there is an interesting update straight from the production. A source revealed that Aanand has already approached two actresses for the role of the other leading lady in his film, apart from Kat. “He has had discussions with both Alia and Sonam for the role. He has briefed both of them about the film and the maker will finalise the cast in about 10 days from now.”
While the filmmaker refused to divulge details, he confirmed “Yes, it’s a two-heroine film and there are actors in my mind. But it’s a little too early to talk about it right now. I am sure people will be surprised with what I’m coming up with in a month’s time.”
Although the film will essentially revolve around Shah Rukh’s character — that of a midget, the two leading ladies will have equally prominent roles. “Aanand Rai is known for his well-sketched out characters. He will never compromise on the script. Even in this film, there’s no reason for backlash between two heroines because both the roles are equally interesting. There shouldn’t be a problem of screen-time and prominence.”
Having said that, we wonder if either Sonam or Alia will eventually take up the role. An industry insider explains, “Sonam is in the best phase of her career and she might not want to do a two-heroine film right now. As for Alia, her film with SRK will hit screens soon. It’s highly improbable for them to come together once again in such a short span.” So will it indeed be Sonam or Alia? Or will Aanand have to settle for someone else?
