ABCD 2: Sequel to Anybody Can Dance being planned

Remo D'SouzaWith ABCD Anybody Can Dance opening well at the box office on Friday, UTV Motion Pictures has signed a two-film contract with ace-choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza and one of the two films could be a sequel to the 3D dance film.

Siddharth Roy Kapur of Disney UTV, said “We have had a wonderful experience with Remo on ABCD. The film showcases his amazing ability to thrill and entertain his audience while at the same time to handle emotion and drama with sensitivity and depth”

Remo too was elated with signing a two film contract with UTV “It’s important for a producer to trust his director and his vision and UTV has done just that. I’m really excited that I have been offered two more films by UTV, one of which could be the sequel to ABCD.”

Release in theatres on Friday, ABCD starring Prabhu Deva collected Rs 3 crores net at the domestic box office.
