Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has hailed Olympic Bronze medalist Sakshi Malik and said her techniques have been used in his upcoming film ‘Dangal’ directed by Nitesh Tiwari – which is also based on wrestling.
Talking to a news channel, Aamir said “Sakshi Malik has made India proud. I watched it all. She went for a photo finish”
“Since I’m shooting for my movie ‘Dangal’, I have gained special interest in wrestling. We have used the techniques that Sakshi used in real life in our upcoming film. Wrestling is a philosophy of life. We wrestle with challenges in real life” Aamir said.
Dangal releases in theatres during the Christmas weekend this year.

Aamir is my 2nd favorite after Salman, but I don’t like what he said here, he is using Sakshi’s Glory to promote his film, it’s really a cheep publicity stunt to promote….Sakshi wins the Medal for our country, and it’s a very proud moment for us and instead of enjoying this moment he is promoting his movie in the name of Sakshi, it is very disheartening….
