The Nominees for the 53rd Filmfare Awards have been announced. The most interesting nomination is Darsheel Safary for Taare Zameen Par. No, not in a Best Child Actor category but Best Actor in a Leading role. For me TZP is far better n bigger then any other film in 2007…. So all my awards go to TZP n as far as Filmfare Awards r concerned, they will for sure go to OSO….. as its a SRK film!!!
In my opinion, Akshay Kumare should be awarded for Best Actor, who has given 4 consecutive hits in 2007.
why SRK i knw he is famous and all tht.. but akshay should win the award… he has done superbe acting in all his movies not just this yr but every year… n mahduri should win the best actress… who cares her movie was a flop but her acting was superb… noone deserve it more thn thm two…

awards r given to recognize one’s performance and not commercial success of a film. So Madhuri dixit definitely deserves the best actress award. she is the only actress who can carry a film on her shoulder all alone. aaja nachle proves it. the film was an attempt to revive the theatre- dance drama culture. the failure of the film proves that we are cutting away from our culture, our roots. kareena in JWM and ash in GURU were backed by good script, tight screenplay, popular co-actors and good music. even kajol had aamir khan with her in FANAA as she bagged the best actress trophy. but madhuri carried the film all alone. that speaks of her genius. i believe that filmfare themselves will be honoured if they confer the award on this legendery actress.for madhuri is uncomparable and kareena s and rani s and aishwarya s and vidyabalan s are no match for her. she is the Greta garbo of our industry.
madhuri is a good actress.but in 2007 she has do nothing.ajn was a flop.only better thing that film was she danced vert well,this is not a dancing award.so viday deserve it.& darsheel.
They should atleast give best actor critic award to Akshaye Khanna or something like special jury award – best performance….He was marvellous in Gandhi My Father.
I 100% agree with u Suman…and Tanesha Madhuri acted brilliant in AN..she didn’t only dance good..and a film’s judgment shouldn’t be based on it’s Box Office fate..sometimes good films flop..but AN was a hit overseas…
