I will be very surprised if the opening week collections do not top 50+… but am wondering if Avatar will have any impact on 3I.

What is the budget of 3 idiots? How much does it need to net to be considered a superhit? what about to be considered a blockbuster?

i think reduce 2.5 to 3 crores from first weekend prediction. that will be more realistic figures

so 1st week near to near to 44 cr – 46 cr

life time near to 75 cr – 80 cr

ghajini got 5 days weekend so it got 60 cr in its 1st week but 3 Idiots is releasing on friday so 1st week cant be like ghajini , but movie can sustain in 2nd week and in 3rd week new movie pyar impossible is coming which will attract youth and next week 15 jab chance pe dance and shahid is in form actor after kaminay. so 3 idiots has only 2 full weeks for work but ghajini had 3 weeks so it reached more then 100 cr another disadvantage is Avatar … Avatar is house packed and creating good records in india and overseas as well .
so my final prediction is
75 cr india
15 cr overseas
by the way is sydney 3 idiot is releasing on 24th thursday i m not sure abt timming yet so when i ll get the timming i ll tell u that what time i can watch it and what time i can put my review on this page.
