Filmmaker Subhash Ghai is confident that the remake of his film ’Hero’, will turn out to be better than the original classic which released in 1983.
“The film is from Nikhil Advani’s vision under the supervision of Salman. I am hoping and confident that this remake will be better than my ‘Hero'” Ghai told reporters.
The remake is being directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by Salman Khan. The film marks the debut of Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj and Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya.

Ghai also said that he is not contributing to the remake of ‘Hero’.
“When Salman asked me about the partnership for the remake of ‘Hero’, I said ‘I can give you the rights of that film. But, the vision will be yours and your director’s. Neither will contribute to it nor will I interfere because you will make the film as today’s vision and if I will interfere in it I will put my old vision’,” he said.
“I have not even seen a single still of the film,” he added.
The film is set to release on July 3. It also stars Govinda, Anita Hassanandani, Vinod Khanna and Kader Khan.
There are also reports that Salman won’t be promoting the film and he has decided not to do a promotional song either.

So Bhai is all set to destroy Sooraj & Athiya’s career like he did for many of his heroines like Sneha Ullal, Daisy Shah, Zarine Khan.
We don’t need criminal’s supervision
Means the film will be surely a classless as produced by a non actor.also from producers to actor all are criminals.so people can estimate how better it will be ,lol.I still thinking how salman cried like a child in court as his fans couldn’t do nothing although his money helped him for one month and after that he’ll be sent to jail.this is stardom,ha ha ha ha.
Hero was the debut movie of Jackie Shroff . It was a Huge Hit and now has become a Cult movie . I don’t think this movie can work at the Box Office . Sooraj Pancholi is pretty average looking and Athiya Shetty is ugly . Subhash Ghai is a brilliant director and has given some brilliant movies such as Hero, Karz, Vishwanath, Saudagar, Ram Lakhan and Khalnayak . Nikhil Advani is a good director . On one hand he has given some fabulous movies such as D Day, Kal Ho Na Ho and Delhi Safari . On the other hand he also has given movies such as Chandni Chowk To China and Salaam – E – Ishq . I don’t know why Salman supports such kind of people . He is also Co – Producing the movie . It will release on 3rd July 2 weeks before Bajrangi Bhaijaan . So according to me this movie will be flop .
